For Coleman

I've been reading the blog of a mom who has had a five-year-old son with brain cancer for quite a while. And on Monday his fight was over. He lost the battle against cancer, but won his wings as an angel in heaven.

This little boy had more faith than I can even fathom. He taught me a lot.

I can't imagine his family's pain and yet, I know his family finds comfort that he's finally at peace. That little boy knew more about pain in five years than most people ever know. And he still LOVED God without question.

From what his mom blogged, I know Coleman had a wisdom beyond his years. His mom wrote this the day after his passing, "Coleman said long ago, 'some day I won't need NO more meds or pokes, wight mommy?”
No more sweetie. You are free.'"

He also had a twin brother. I can't fathom what that little boy is going though.

I can't stop thinking about this family and this amazing little boy.

Thank you Coleman for your wisdom and may you enjoy your much deserved wings.
