Woo to the hoo!

OK. It's been a while since I posted something. I just haven't felt like writing I guess.

But tonight, I am patting myself on the back. I had my weekly WW meeting and I lost 3.6 lbs this past week! Yes! FINALLY some of my hard work paid off. I have to admit that I think it might be due to the weight training I've added lately.

My goal is 3 times a week. I do it every other day when I'm there for cardio which is still averaging 5 times a week.

I've totally noticed the change in my clothes, so that's good. It's nice to see a good jump on the scale too!

Now just 100 more pounds to go! :)

OK...not quite...but close enough.

That is awesome! What a great WI! You have been doing so well at everything - the eating and the working out... you're an inspiration. :)
