Since I call myself WebGal on here, that should mean I'm fairly tech savvy, right? I think so. I know lots of little shortcuts and special ways of making a computer do what I want.
Today a coworker brought a cheatsheet to me to review. I was rolling my eyes that the people in this department (who work on computers ALL DAY) didn't know simple things like the shortcut keys for copying and pasting or how ALT + TAB allows you to switch windows. Then it happened. There was something on there I didn't know. *GASP* How could it be? How could I have missed out on this tiny little keystroke combination that will not really save me any time? Needless to say, I've been humbled and need to admit to you all:
I don't know everything about computers.
(Oh and the shortcut, for you corporate people who have to lock your computers anytime you even dare to look away from your screen lest ye be damned to the bowels of corporate hell....instead of using CTRL + ALT + DEL, you can just press the Windows key + L. So simple, yet until today, unknown to me.)

huh... i didn't know that either!
Me neither - Thank you !!
Me neither. In fact, I never use the Windows key for anything. I wonder what else I'm missing.
I'm glad I'm not the only one!! :)
I'll share a few more I use often if anybody cares...
Windows + E opens 'My Computer'
Windows + M minimizes all the windows
Really? I knew that! Wow.
